Gillian MacLaren Jacobs

Gillian MacLaren Jacobs born October 19th, 1982 is an American actor from the United States. Britta Perry, a comedian on NBC is well-known for her performances in the Netflix series Love (2016-2018), Mickey Dobbs in the romantic comedy series Love (2016-2018) as well as Atom Eve on Invincible (2021). She starred as Mimi-Rose Howard on the fourth season of the HBO comedy-drama series Girls (2012-2017) and has appeared in movies such as Life Partners (2014), Hot Tub Time Machine 2 (2015), Don't Think Twice (2016), Brother Nature (2016), Life of the Party (2018), Ibiza (2018), I Used to Go Here (2020), and the Fear Street trilogy (2021). Gillian MacLaren Jacobs was born on October 19 1982, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Martina Magenau Jacobs is her mother. She works at Carnegie Mellon University in alumni relations. Her father, William F. Jacobs Jr. was an investment banker. The death of her father occurred in the year 2013. She was raised in Mt. Lebanon, Pennsylvania. Her family owned the Erie Brewing Company (not the same as the later brewery of that name). As a child, Jacobs attended weekend acting classes at the Pittsburgh Playhouse. She performed frequently at the Pittsburgh Public Theater. There she won the public's Shakespeare Monologue Contest. That led her to play Titania in the production of A Midsummer Night's Dream. Mt. in 2000, she graduated from Lebanon High School. Then she moved to New York City for the Juilliard School. There, she graduated with a BFA degree in 2004.
